The challenge
The team's warmth and community roots didn't come through online, and service requests competed with a crowded navigation.
The strategy
Put the people front and center with real photography, simplify the menu to five destinations, and give Request Services a permanent home in the header.
What we changed
- Simplified navigation to five clear destinations
- Added a persistent Request Services button
- Introduced real team photography over stock imagery
- Built a community events and resources section
Accessibility improvements
- Contrast-corrected sage and cream palette
- Descriptive alt text on all photography
- Large touch targets on mobile navigation
- Logical heading structure on every page

- Service requests
- +41%
- Mobile sessions
