Hiller Law
A calm, trustworthy site for an estate planning practice that turns anxious first-time visitors into booked consultations.

The challenge
Hiller Law's previous site read like a legal brief. Prospective clients could not tell which services applied to them, and the consultation form was buried three clicks deep on every page.
The strategy
We rebuilt the site around one question: what does a worried family need to know before they call? Plain-language service pages, a single persistent consultation path, and a content structure mapped to how people actually search for estate planning in Central Texas.
What we changed
- Rewrote seven service pages in plain language at a 7th grade reading level
- Introduced a persistent consultation bar visible on every template
- Built a structured attorney bio system with schema markup
- Consolidated 40+ orphaned pages into a clear five-section architecture
Accessibility improvements
- Full keyboard operability across navigation, forms, and modals
- Contrast raised to WCAG 2.2 AA on all text and interface controls
- Descriptive form labels, inline error messaging, and fieldset grouping
- Skip links and a logical heading order on every template
Results
- +142%
- Consultation requests
- +68%
- Organic sessions
- 0 critical
- Accessibility errors
